We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Payment and Fees

Access to the MyUniGuide Platform is provided for a one-time payment of £99, giving you 12 months of access to the platform's features and services.

The price is clearly displayed at the point of purchase. By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Pay the fee associated with your purchase
  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Authorise us (or our payment processor) tocharge your selected payment method

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed the platform's content; once accessed, the right to a refund is waived.

We reserve the right to changepricing or introduce new pricing tiers for future purchases.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Upload harmful, misleading, or offensive content
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Platform
  • Misrepresent your identity or academic background

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
